The Stichting Trillende Lucht (Oscillating Air Foundation)is designated as a ‘public benefit organisation’ (PBO) by the Dutch tax authorities. Under Dutch law, an organisation may be designated as a PBO, i.e. as a charity, if its activities are designed either exclusively or virtually exclusively to serve the public good and also if it satisfies a number of supplementary conditions. This means that donors to the Oscillating Air Foundation qualify for certain additional tax benefits.
